What is your idea of Fabulous?
NL: Living happily as a successful fine artist. I'm still working on that.
Who is the most Fabulous person you know?
NL: My boyfriend and best friend Taro is the most fabulous person I know. He is probably the most grounded person in my life, he keeps me feeling sane.
Which Fabulous word do you use most?
NL: I use the word amazing pretty often. You can say it in so many ways, Amazing or AMAZING! or Ah-May-Zing.
What is your greatest (most Fabulous) extravagance?
NL: My most fabulous extravagance is my extremely over priced but AMAZING facial from the Willow Spa in Santa Monica. I know I could get the job done for half the price but they use all organic products and they have a beautiful, relaxing tea garden where I get a complimentary salt and rose pedal foot scrub before every treatment.
Where would you like or prefer to live your Fabulous life?
NL: I've already lived in two of the most fabulous cities in the US, New York City and Los Angeles. I thought I would never live anywhere but a big city, but my priorities are changing and now I think I'd be happy in a smaller, more affordable city that has a hip art scene and cool people. I'm still trying to figure out where that is. Any suggestions?
What do you consider your greatest (most Fabulous) achievement? NL: I'm not sure I've achieved it yet, but if we are talking about most fabulous achievement to date, I'm going to say it's graduating from college with honors. I supported myself through art school in New York City by waiting tables. I'm sort of amazed I was able to work as often as I did and still do well in school.
What is your (Fabulous) motto?
NL: I try really hard to treat people, as I would want to be treated. I can't say I always follow this rule, I am human, but I do think this world would be a truly better place if people were kinder and more compassionate to one another.
