Eyemazing magazine is a publication dedicated to international contemporary photography.  Founded in 2003 by Susan A. Zadeh, Eyemazing magazine is headquartered in Amsterdam.  Ms. Zadeh is also the publisher, director of photography and the editor in chief of this 196-page, high quality, large-format, quarterly publication.  Eyemazing features cutting-edge photography, autonomous, conceptual and artistic work. All styles and approaches are considered, from traditional photographic practices to staged photography and digitally processed imagery. Eyemazing features every genre, from portrait photography, street photography, architectural photography, conceptual to landscape and still life.  Eyemazing won the prestigious International Lucie Award for best photography magazine in 2008.

TisF Finds a Fabulous Artist at The Atelier!

A photographer with over a decade of experience, Cara Garbarino's work has been in such magazines as Town & Country, Forbes, Crain's Chicago Business, Chicago Social, CS Brides, North Shore, and she has photographed numerous celebrities and public figures, including Vice President Al Gore, Paul McCartney, Cindy Lauper, Lebron James and President Vincent Fox.  A team leader at the nationally acclaimed wedding photography studio, Garbo Productions, Cara lives and works in Chicago.  Cara says..."I love to make women feel beautiful, to embrace their femininity, to embrace themselves."

TisF Goes Behind The Lens With Nicole Lloyd.

Nicole Lloyd was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography. During her time at SVA, she was mentored by award-winning photographers Elinor Carucci and Dana Hoey and trained extensively with Julie Pochron in traditional C-printing. Shortly after graduation, Nicole moved to Los Angeles where she currently resides. Today she works as an art buyer/producer for an advertising agency and portfolio consultant for commercial photographers. She is also the coauthor of the art blog Superluminal - www.superluminal.posterous.com and volunteers her time as a juror for various commercial photography competitions including The International Photography Awards and the Advertising Photography Awards.

TisF Spends Five Fabulous Minutes with Artist James Godman.

James Godman is an emerging artist whose work has been hailed as provocative, timeless, and unafraid. It is rooted in the cycle of urban decay and fuses a melancholic aesthetic with an undeniable emotional presence unfettered by commercialism.

James started out at age 16 airbrushing t-shirts at a local shop in a Chicago suburb and more recently has developed a unique process of painting that allows him to realize his vision.  James is currently migrating to New York City.

TisF caught up with James in New York City during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
