Brian Lucas aka BeLive was executive chef and co-owner of Organica: the Living Cuisine, which was located in San Francisco. Organica was unique in that it was one of the first gourmet raw living restaurants in the world and was 100% Raw, 100% Vegan and 100% Organic-Wild or Biodynamic. The restaurant was definitely ahead of it's time. Brian is one of the pioneers of the 90's gourmet raw living cuisine movement. He has also made food for celebrities, politicians and athletes.

He specializes in making raw living cuisine taste superb and considers himself a "transitional" gourmet raw living chef, helping make peoples first experience equal to many of their favorite cooked meals. Brian has encouraged people to discover a healthier diet through flavorful raw living cuisine. Many individuals need good tasting food to transition to the raw lifestyle in an easier manner. He has a unique style that is definitely his own, and everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing it. You can currently find his Mom's Stuffed Bells recipe featured in Carol Alt's new raw food book The Raw 50.

TisF recently caught up with Brian in LA.

What is your idea of Fabulous?
BL:
To feel stupendously grand and healthy that it feels fictitious. I am grateful to have such a fabulous way of life.

Who is the most Fabulous person you know?
BL:
I know so many but one that stands out at this moment is my girlfriend Adoré Michelle Levitt. She is one of the most phenomenal beings I have ever known and she is a truly remarkable dancer. Which Fabulous word do you use most?
BL:
Actually, I love FABULOUS! I know you asked for one but I have to say another one that I love so much... Phenomenal!

What is your greatest (most Fabulous) extravagance?
BL:
Lots of gourmet raw living cuisine is my #1 extravagance.

Where would you like or prefer to live your Fabulous life?
BL:
I plan to live all over the world in the future. I love and will always have an attachment to California, both Northern and Southern. Other places I plan to live are South of France, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Australia, Bali, Italy, and many other places cross my mind when this question is posed.

What do you consider your greatest (most Fabulous) achievement?
BL:
This is a challenge because I feel I have so many. Having my children, connecting with Adoré, creating gourmet raw living cuisine, playing saxophone and guitar, connecting and meeting people. So many things come to mind, I could write a book. Oh yeah, I'm going to write at least 5 and I'm working on the first as we speak. Basically, LIFE is my achievement and I am loving living every moment of it.

What is your (Fabulous) motto?
BL:
"Stay True, See Through!" I also have one for my food that I love.. "I guarantee to give an organic orgasm of the mind, soul and especially the taste buds".
